The single-body compactor that is the wild card for collection services

Quick is a rear-loading compactor with a single-axle design that is an extremely versatile solution for a wide range of waste collection needs: in active service it is agile and efficient thanks to its compact dimensions, but it can also receive waste from other vehicles and deliver waste into larger vehicles – in fact, it is like having three vehicles in one!

• The rear tailgate is divided into two parts, of which the upper one is made of light alloy and has a simplified opening, facilitating manual bag loading operations; an infrared safety system allows the continuous automatic compaction cycle.

• The internal width of the loading opening of 1900 mm allows maximum versatility when pairing with other vehicles.

• The blade cylinders have upward-pointing rods to safeguard them from contact with the waste and the compacting cycle is rapid (12 sec.)

• The Bin-Lifter-Tipper cycle is equipped with a proportional oil distributor to rationalise acceleration ramps during bin handling in order to improve emptying times and preserve bin integrity over time

• The manual Bin-Lifter-Tipper system is equipped with an automatic bin pre-attachment system with a specific bin gripping system.

• The operator platform can be folded manually at 45° to leave the area free for manoeuvring and pairing with other vehicles
